Owner's Memories: This was a great house to grow up in, we have so many great memories. Our family would gather on holidays to celebrate milestones, and my parents loved to entertain their friends. There were many friends in the neighborhood who we grew up with and became lifelong friends, walking to school at Lynhaven, and playing baseball, tag, and other games in the streets. There used to be fruit orchards around many corners that were sources of adventure, now long overtaken by houses. We rode our bikes everywhere. Families and friends would get together for barbecues and pool parties. My parents would often host a big Fourth of July party that was a joyous celebration, with much food and drink, and fireworks! As the Valley transformed from fruit orchards and canneries downtown to Silicon Valley, the neighborhood never lost its welcoming feel. We feel sad to leave but know that it will make a great home, and many memories, for a new owner to make their own.
